Dentist Denies Sex Assaults on Patients

Seven women accuse barred surgeon of indecent acts

VANCOUVER - A Vancouver dentist charged with sexually assaulting seven women pleaded not guilty yesterday to all seven counts.

Dr. Oleg Gavrilko is accused of assaulting the women at his Commercial Drive clinic near Broadway. Most of the assaults are alleged to have occurred in mid-2003, but two date back to 2001 and one to the mid-'90s.
