News: Suspected hit-and-run driver turns herself in to police

VANCOUVER -- A 25-year-old Vancouver woman turned herself in to police early Tuesday morning claiming to be the driver in the fatal hit and run that happened Sunday night at Commercial Drive and North Grandview, Vancouver police said.

Investigators interviewed her before she was released. Charges have not been laid at this time, pending further investigation, police said.
