News: One-time B.C. Lion Charged with Sexual Assault Near Commercial Drive
VANCOUVER — Former B.C. Lions football player Joshua Joseph Boden faces one charge of sexual assault after a number of women reported being groped by a man on the streets of Vancouver.
On Monday of this week, Boden was arrested near Commercial Drive and Broadway in Vancouver and charged with sex assault and resisting or obstructing police.
Vancouver police Const. Lindsey Houghton said Thursday that Boden, 22, allegedly groped a woman earlier that evening in the same neighbourhood and that officers had "observed" the incident.
